Cashiering Team Leader
Join DWF's dynamic Finance Team in our Manchester office as a Cashiering Team Leader! We're seeking a dedicated individual to lead our Cashiering function and contribute to the efficiency and success of our Finance department.Key
Qualifications and Skills:
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Payments & Cashiering Manager to oversee the Firm's Cashiering function.
- Provide day-to-day supervision of team members, ensuring smooth workflow and high accuracy in all tasks.
- Maintain a well-organized Cashiering function with adequate staffing levels to ensure prompt response to all requests.
- Ensure compliance with Solicitors Regulatory Authority Accounting Rules (SAR) and VAT regulations in both the UK and overseas offices.
- Process all receipts and payments daily, meeting deadlines for CHAPS/BACS transactions.
- Liaise with the Billing team to facilitate accurate and timely billing of disbursements.
- Coordinate with the Credit Control Team to ensure prompt and accurate allocation of bill receipts.
