Location - Bracknell (Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 working from home)
Contract - 12 Months
Salary - £22.28 per hour (Umbrella Company)
My client is a global manufacturing company who are a leading company in science-based technology, they have a long-standing reputation and are committed to innovation and now they are looking for a HR Payroll Analyst to join their team.
Your responsibilities in the role -
Working with Payroll vendor to produce accurate and timely Payrolls. To reconcile the payrolls in line with relevant Country legislation. Ensure that all employees are paid correctly and on time. To check and reconcile Payroll reports in line with company processes and procedures. To maintain a good working relationship with the payroll vendor. To communicate clearly with Payroll vendor and relevant stakeholders within the company. To assist employees with queries.
Skills and Experience -
Previous experience working on multiple payroll calendars across several Countries. Organisation as working on several payroll calendars. Self-motivated as predominantly a standalone roll. Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail communication. Excellent communication skills Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals Mathematical Skills Can work with minimal supervision. Working to set deadlines.
