  • Experience in General ledger process
  • Well versed in AR and AP accounting / process.
  • Required to have good knowledge of accounting concepts related to Profit and Loss Account, Balance sheet and cash flow statement
  • Understanding of key areas about the finalization of accounts and the complete cycle of R2R.
  • Experience in handling month end activities along with preparation of all the Balance sheet account schedule
  • Books of closure, Month end activities, accruals, prepaid, Fixed assets, deferrals etc.
  • Bank & Balance sheet reconciliation process, Journal entries
  • Should manage multiple clients
  • Experience in US accounting process should be an added advantage
  • Good knowledge and ability to work on different accounting applications and other applications like Quick books, NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Bill.com
  • Strong analytical skills and should be comfortable working in excel and other reporting tools.
  • Should demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and multi-tasking to meet deadlines
  • Good quality written and verbal communication skills, strong listening skills
  • Experience in Consolidation and Inter- company reconciliations.

  • Experience in QuickBooks/NetSuite/Bill.com
  • Should be good at MS Excel

  • Education Qualification: CA Inter, ICWA, MBA and MCom.
