We are currently seeking a skilled SAP HCM International Payroll Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and management of international payroll processes using SAP HCM. Your main duties will include:
- Participating in implementation projects to configure and customize SAP HCM International Payroll modules according to client requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze payroll data, ensuring accurate and timely processing of international payroll.
- Troubleshooting and resolving payroll-related issues and inquiries.
- Creating and maintaining payroll reports and documentation.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance payroll processes.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP HCM International Payroll implementation and management.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing international payroll processes using SAP HCM.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across different countries.
