Job Summary:

The Finance Team Lead will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations and processes of Apidel Technologies. This position requires a talented and experienced finance professional who can lead a team, ensure accurate financial reporting, provide strategic financial analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive financial performance and optimize decision-making.


  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with department heads and business partners to develop and monitor financial budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Proven Experience with GST, TDS, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing financial processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and changes in accounting standards to ensure compliance and proactively suggest improvements.
  • Assist with external audits, tax filings, and other compliance-related activities as required.
  • Provide financial expertise and guidance to support business initiatives, projects, and strategic planning.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA/CMA certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience 7+ years in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on financial analysis, reporting, and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial concepts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Experience with financial systems and software, such as ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
