About this role:

Sales Practice & Conduct Management (SPCM) Quality Program is a multifaceted department focused on programs for Conduct Management to improve quality and timeliness of allegations management in alignment with policy and regulatory requirements. The Quality Assurance (QA) team in the Quality Program is responsible for the execution of QA activities across Intake, Research, Investigation as well as other teams outside of the Allegation Management Lifecycle.

The Business Accountability Manager will lead a team performing QA reviews of SPCM processes. Additionally, they will serve as a Subject Matter Experts for the quality of the programs they review. The Business Accountability Manager will create partnerships, foster collaboration all while ensuring utmost accuracy in QA Reviews.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and manage a team of specialists that executes Quality testing activities in support of procedures, polices and/or controls to identify and assess risk.
  • Drive effectiveness in the team's operational performance through accountability, second level reviews and performance metrics.
  • Partner with Line of Business Managers to provide reporting results, collaborate on disputed results, identify, and recommend opportunities for process improvement, risk mitigation, and control opportunities.
  • Support reporting and analysis of Quality Assurance reviews by partnering with other members within Quality Assurance.
  • Partner or calibrate with other teams in the Quality Program to ensure consistent application of quality testing methodologies.
  • Identify development and coaching opportunities for the team which may include creating developmental content, hosting team presentations, and managing questions/suggestions.
  • Present to mid-level and senior managers on quality performance with recommendations, insights, strategies to implement changes and improvements.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on the Allegations Management Policy and Procedures, supporting polices and documentation, and related systems of record.
  • Utilize thorough knowledge of the Allegations Management Teams and Quality Assurance to
support strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure audit readiness through organization, and timeliness and accuracy of work by performing internal quality checks.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
