Wells Fargo is seeking a Human Resources Operations Representative...

In this role, you will:
  • Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of background screening process
  • Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
  • Collect data and prepare related operational reports
  • Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
  • Furnish information to authorized persons
  • Monitors the background check results of identified candidates & new hires based on company-defined background verification (BV) parameters.
  • Collects all the necessary information and supporting documents relevant to adjudicate background screening case.
  • Collaborates with more senior BV adjudicators and accredited vendor partner to further understand background screening case details
  • Provides regular weekly & monthly reports as designed and ad hoc reports as necessary
Required Qualifications, US:
  • Candidate must be a Bachelor's/College Degree holder
  • +1-2 years experience in recruitment/onboarding operations support or background verification administration/adjudication
  • Risk & controls compliance: Can apply risk assessment and know how to adhere with compliance requirements
  • Has the ability to maintain data confidentiality and comply with information security
  • Strong attention to details
Required Qualifications, International:
  • Candidate must be a Bachelor's/College Degree holder
  • +1-2 years experience in recruitment/onboarding operations support or background verification administration/adjudication
