FinAdvantage is an Accounting amp; Advisory firm that provides multiple services like accounting, outsourcing, fund accounting, compliance amp; tax, reporting services, and people services, etc for all types of business including Start-ups amp; MNCs. Our headquarter is in Bangalore and we have operations in Bangalore, Gurgaon and Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Perform/Supervise bookkeeping and tax services, as well as special projects, to our clients and provide internal accounting solutions as needed.
  • Work with stakeholders and technology to define and implement controls across front to back of the transaction reporting cycle.
  • Experience in controls and reconciliations.
  • Own the end to end client experience for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Drive key financial reporting, analysis and timely reporting.
  • Support the enhancement and compliance of finance processes, standards and systems.
  • Collaborate with Management to ensure common standards and best practice are implemented within the US clients.

Preferred Skills

  • Expert knowledge in accounting packages likeQuick books, Zoho and Netsuite. Ability to manageBill.comand perform AP/AR reconciliations.
  • Become familiar with US business and financial processes.
  • International experience working with multiple time zones and cultures preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Semi Qualified, Master of Commerce or MBA Finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting and/or bookkeeping experience.
  • Minimum of 2 year of client-facing experience.

Work Timing;

Work From Home - Shift : 6:00PM -3:00AM
