A new age, focused Wealth and Asset Management Platform serving a vast diaspora of institutional and retail customers is hiring for the Investment Banking Profile
The incumbent will play a key role by providing expert guidance and advisory services to HNI clients (Individuals and Families). The role holder will be responsible for the execution of M&A advisory and private capital-raising transactions. This person will be the fulcrum of the team, assisting the bankers in their coverage of clients and sectors, while supporting with idea generation, pitching and execution.
The position holder shall be responsible for:
Develop and maintain strong, sector-agnostic relationships with clients across a variety of industries, working closely with them to understand their needs and goals and identify opportunities for value-added services and solutions.
Provide strategic and financial advice to clients on a range of issues, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising, and other financial transactions.
Lead the execution of transactions, including preparing pitch materials, conducting due diligence, negotiating deal terms, and managing the closing process while working with extended teams within the company.
Collaborate and work closely with other teams within the company, to ensure that clients receive the best possible advice and service.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, lawyers, and other advisors.
Assist in execution of active fund-raising/M&A deals/transactions valuation analysis, target screening, potential investors/acquirers screening, competitive bench marking, etc.
Assist in cross-selling of Wealth Management products on entire Affluent client base.
Stay up to date with market trends and developments, including regulatory changes, technological innovations, and industry consolidation.
Keeping abreast of deals/transactions and happenings, sharing of information to facilitate deal pipeline and assist in business development including assistance in identifying
Ensure self-positioning as a subject matter expert on investment banking, including but not limited to M&A and Equity Capital Market transactions.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and other stakeholders on market trends, deal opportunities, and other relevant topics.
Assist and lead execution of complex client deals and fundraising activities.
Collaborate and foster better relationships with internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely preparation of presentations, transaction materials and financial analysis.
