We are looking for a Management Accountant to join our finance team to work closely with the operations team providing financial and management reporting.
Key responsibilities:

Cost analysis and performing accounting close for production orders

Analyse manufacturing variances

Work with operations team to monitor and update standard costs

Manage inventory reporting inventory adjustments

Manage finance part of stock-take process, working with the operations team reconcile variances

Balance sheet reconciliations for inventory related accounts

Work with project managers to forecast project budgets and actual spend

Required skills and experience:

Strong commercial acumen and communication skills

Strong analytical skills and attention to details with ability to translate analysis into commercial insights

A solid foundation in financial accounting (ideally CA/CPA qualified)

A strong written and verbal communicator who can develop working relationships

Experience in standard costing, variance analysis and reporting within a manufacturing environment

Excellent time management skills and the ability to complete tasks under time pressure

Advanced Excel skills

Experience with ERP systems

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
