Reporting to the CFO and leading a small team, your responsibilities will include: Managing and reporting client job profitability and revenue recognition; Analysing business performance (revenue forecasting, utilisation, client profitability, trend analysis) Business partnering with other divisions of the business Budgeting & forecasting, providing explanations on variances and business performance Maintaining relationships with key internal and external clients Presenting financial information and reports to non-finance stakeholders in the agency Supporting the simplification and automation projects for the FP&A processes Creating new internal reporting and planning processes to improve the flow of financial information Management and development of two direct reports, one FP&A analyst and one intern Ideal candidate: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification Relevant industry experience essential (media, marketing communications, entertainment) Demonstrated experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment working across multiple accounts at a given time Outstanding interpersonal and networking skills and be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with your team, wider agency staff, peers and clients Ability to adapt and work well in a fast-paced, results-oriented and rapidly changing environment
