A leading organisation based to the north of the city are looking for a payroll specialist to join their operation. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be joining a business with offices across the world offering opportunities to gain exposure into areas that necessarily wouldn't be gained in other companies. The role will support the outsourced payroll function as you manage the UK operation and overseas entities. You will liaise with local accountants in the entities to ensure all regulations are met according to local laws. As the point of contact for several payrolls you will be responsible for process improvement, suggesting ways of streamlining and support finance as required. You will be required to reconcile payroll as you generate reports on a monthly basis, take ownership of expense claims and support the financial controller in other month end processes. This role would suit an experienced payroll individuals with history of dealing with overseas entities. You will be able to process several payrolls and support the outsourced provider when dealing with queries- escalating business critical issues when required.
