Accounts Payable Clerk - £25,000 - Luxury Retail - Oxford Circus

This job is an Accounts Payable Clerk working within a luxury fashion company based a 10 minute walk from Oxford Circus. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a lovely retail company in the heart of London.

Your new role
This role will suit a candidate with 1-2 years of experience working within an Accounts Payable role, having worked within a high volume environment. Candidates who apply for this role MUST be on short notice as this role is looking to turn around quickly. Candidates must have good attention to detail and communication skills

What you'll need to succeed
In this role you MUST have experience using the system SAP, candidates who have not used this before will not be considered. Duties include:

• High volume invoice processing (200 per week)
• Processing Purchase Orders (POs) - 200 per week
• Ensuring invoices are matched to the correct PO and coded to the correct nominal account and cost centre
• Preparation of the payment runs
• Processing expense claims
• Vendor reconciliations
• Use of the system SAP
