CAME BPT UK are a constantly growing forward thinking company that has success and ambition at its heart and as a result, are seeking to recruit an Credit Controller to join the Accounts Team at our Midlands office in Castle Donington. About the Role: This role requires confident PC skills with the ability to learn I.T. systems quickly Advanced Excel (Vlookups) & SAGE (preferably SAGE 200) experience is preferred, but not essential as training provided. You must be able to work under pressure efficiently without compromising attention to detail and quality of work. The applicant must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be able to maintain consistently high standards of work. Key responsibilities include:
• Cash collection (large and small accounts) by phone and email.
• Management of sales ledger accounts which require investigation and resolution.
• Cash allocation.
• Problem-solving
• Reconciling complex accounts.
• Reviewing and implementing credit limits.
• Negotiating payment plans.
• Assisting Accounts Management Team in key decision making.
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone and email in a polite, professional and positive manner at all times.
• Communicating effectively with other internal departments and staff.
• Assisting with account office duties and updating the Companies databases.
• Prioritize work flow to maximize time efficiency, to meet productivity and quality targets. Benefits In return for all of the above we will offer the successful candidate the following:-
• A starting salary up to £20,000 OTE (depending on experience)
• Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
