Your new role
A key role within the Finance team, you will be working alongside various internal customers providing support and advice on the actual costs of production of a wide range of
Product groups. Responsibilities will include; product costing for new and existing products, building and maintaining models and \'what-if \'scenarios, partnering with NPD and Commercial teams to advise on implications on costs of product changes and provide vital information for the preparation of bids/tenders and evaluation of raw material alternatives. You will also look at new ways of improving systems and processes alongside other adhoc work.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will have broad ranging management accounting and costing experience and the ability to manage and develop a small team. You must have strong communication skills and a positive \'can-do\' attitude, enabling deadlines to be met and workloads to be managed effectively. The use of Excel will be an integral part of this role, so you must also have strong/advanced IT skills.
