What does the Digital & Commercial Coordinator do?

Our Digital & Commercial Coordinator has their fingers on the pulse. They enjoy solving problems and seeing the results that come from their efforts.

They drive adoption of our digital platforms by working across teams to ensure we have the information our customers need about our products and can find those products easily. They will also monitor and analyse digital touchpoints to optimise our customer experience and to help the team make data-driven decisions. They will increase digital satisfaction by providing great customer service and training on our digital tools, both to internal and external customers.

Analysing and interpreting data to ensure the team understands which promotional campaigns are effective and to provide reporting support to the team. Ad-hoc projects will add further variety to the role.

You will be excited by the opportunity to join an established Commercial team (which includes Marketing, Category, Pricing, Sustainability and more!) and be a part of Corys transformational journey, with a focus on the customer experience. How? By getting to know our customers, understanding who they are and their needs, and presenting them with solutions and products.

This role might suit a new graduate with a relevant degree, or you may have prior experience with an emphasis on digital platforms, online data enrichment and analysis. You will have a great eye for detail and be an expert in manipulating spreadsheets, but it is your ability to adapt your approach, communicate effectively, understand the bigger picture, and consistently put your best foot forward when representing Corys that will see you succeed as Digital & Commercial Coordinator.

Experience in our industry (or other B2B) would be an advantage but is not essential as we will provide training!
