Banking and allocation of cash and payments
Full credit control on selected key accounts. Manage over credit limit customers
Maintain account status and provide feedback to Supervisor
Manage over credit limits within portfolio.
Customer liaison correspondence, customer statements and Invoices
Debtors Ageing Analysis update and update customer Masterfile
Updated Age Analysis to relevant sales personnel..
Debtors reconciliation when required.
Ensure policy and procedures are adhered to
Document Control-record retention
Initiate dunning process letters for delinquent customers
Ensure all customer receipts are fully allocated as per remittance
Post matric studies in Credit Management or Financial Management
A minimum of 5 years experience in credit control and credit management.
