Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk seeking a rewarding challenge? If so, Pratap Partnership are working with a client located in Doncaster to support them with their recruitment for a new Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the entire purchase ledger process in a standalone position, which is currently experiencing an exciting period of growth. We are on the lookout for a motivated individual who can lead the way in developing the Purchase Ledger processes.

Key

Responsibilities:

  • Process authorised documents using Sage accounts coding
  • Ensure timely supplier payments per agreed terms
  • Investigate and resolve supplier queries, escalate issues when needed
  • Reconcile supplier statements and Nominal accounts monthly
  • Close month-end by the agreed date, notify Head of Accounts of outstanding invoices
  • Monthly review of Creditors, address queries, provide detailed notes for Head of Accounts review
