Bond Williams Recruitment is recruiting a experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator for a client based in the Waltham Chase area of Hampshire. This would be for a 3 month contract up to the end of March 2024 to start as soon as possible. Reporting to an Interim Accountant, you will be responsible for inputting purchase invoices into the system, matching invoices with GRNs, sending and chasing up invoices for authorisation, reconciliation of credit cards, sending out remittances at payment times, liaising with suppliers on any missing invoices and other queries and processing payments. A formal qualification is not necessary but it could suit a part or fully qualified AAT Technician with previous purchase ledger and general accounts experience and Sage and Excel knowledge. You will need to be self motivated and have an eye for detail. This would be all office based and 40 hours per week. Own transport is essential.
