The Finance team in the Cheshire office currently consists of 30 employees and there is a need for an Accounts Assistant to join the AP team.

The role . . .
  • Ensure purchase invoices are matched to purchase orders and are posted accurately and on a timely basis across UK & US ledgers
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues throughout the business to ensure compliance with the procurement process
  • Dealing with vendor queries primarily by email
  • Setting up vendor payment runs
  • Effectively work towards set targets including strict month end deadline
  • Assist the Global Services Manager with month end duties
  • In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties as assigned by management.

The ideal candidate . . .
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working within an Accounts function
  • Good MS Excel skills with a desire to progress to an advanced level
  • A values-led operator who acts as a beacon of integrity and trust and constantly demonstrates reliability
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
  • Have a systematic approach to work and an eye for detail

Please, bear in mind that we hold several interviews for each role, and it might take a few days to come to a decision. Again, will try to deliver feedback within 3-5 working days.
  • Offer. If successful in your hiring manager interview, your Talent Advisor will get back to you with feedback and main details of the offer. After this, it is only a matter of filling in some details and completing some forms.
  • Hired! Once the offer process is completed, we will just need to wait until your start date to get you in the team and up and running. If you come up with any questions meanwhile, your Talent Advisor is there to help ;)
