What You'll Bring:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Possess knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Good typing speed - 25 to 30 wpm.
  • Graduate with at least 2 years of experience with an international KPO/BPO.
  • Open to work in 24*7 Environment.

  • Fetching of daily reports and informing the associated supervisor.
  • Correct discrepancies in account balances.
  • Analyze patient accounts/claims/remits for any errors in the application.
  • Maintaining records of specific information about the client like complaints, queries, reports and updates.
  • Report promptly to superiors for any irregularities.
  • Accomplish tasks within time limit and complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets on daily/monthly basis.
