Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and you will be at the heart of delivering high quality customer focused services to NCH customers by delivering, promoting and supporting a 'right first time' approach to customer enquiries, ensuring consistency of service across different communication channels and touch points.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering and maintaining a centralised rent and charges system to ensure all our accounts are up to date and accurate. This involves data entry, cash handling and banking procedures. You will support the delivery of the service with a strong customer focus and in a cost-effective way that meet the needs of our customers and communities.

Enhanced Pension Scheme:
