Roles and Responsibilities

1. Handle accounts and manage day to day accounting i.e., Bookkeeping

2. Manage cash flow, Finance, and MIS

3. Posting entries in Tally ERP and other International ERP system.

4. Preparation of day-to-day expenses vouchers

5. Reconcile processed work by verifying entries

6. Prepare periodic reports balance sheets, P&L statements, and finalization of accounts etc.

7. Maintain accurate financial records

8. Monthly projection of Profit and Loss

9. Handling bank transactions and manage all kinds of banking work

10. To manage and schedule day-to-day office operations example: office suppliers coordination and other tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in Accounting and working knowledge on BS, P&L, and Fin reports
Bookkeeping experience either in Tally or any other system.
Prior experience in Tally and report generation
Experience in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
Good at multi-tasking.
