The Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and managing a team of accountants. They play a key role in ensuring the financial health of the company and compliance with relevant regulations.



Financial Data Management: Swiftly and accurately input revenue-related data into the companys ledger using Tally, maintaining an organized and up-to-date financial database.

Bank Statement Analysis: Analyze statements from banks and meticulously compare them with the companys ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal laws.

Legitimacy Checks: Conduct thorough checks on the legitimacy of bank statements, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Reconciliation Expertise: Verify and reconcile bank books and statements with the organizations accounting ledgers to guarantee consistency and accuracy.

Financial Reporting: Record and document expenses, profits, and losses, contributing to comprehensive financial reporting.

Petty Cash Management: Effectively handle company petty cash, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to financial policies.

Vendor Interaction: Engage with vendors regarding billing, maintaining clear communication channels and resolving any discrepancies.

Collaboration with Management: Work closely with the management department of the company, providing financial insights and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Compliance Assurance: Regularly check monetary statements to ensure alignment with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Fraud Prevention: Implement measures to ensure there are no fraudulent practices within the financial operations of the organization.


  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as an accountant is preferred.
  • Highly logical, fast thinker, swift action taker.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally.
  • Both a team-worker as well as a decent independent performer
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant financial regulations.
