S4 Core Description
To negotiate and draft complex and standard customer contracts and to ensure that all customer Service Level Agreements are strategically conceptualised, formulated, negotiated, agreed, and drafted in such a way that it optimally grows both BCX's customer base and revenue and achieve enhanced product offerings and optimal customer satisfaction Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

Develop Service Level strategy for the BCX Group.
Maintain and enforce Contracting and SLA related Standards, Policies and Procedures used within the BCX Group.
Provide high level support to sales teams to satisfy customer needs.
Negotiate Complex and Standard Contracts /SLAs to agree on best possible deal, SLA, solution, and pricing.
Build strategic relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external).
Manage Breach, Service Level and Service Credit risk awareness within the BCX organisation.
Implement contracting efficiencies.
Perform analyses/ special studies to keep up to date with market requirements and new trends.
Respond to RF”X”/Tenders and unsolicited proposals.
Lead team of contracting specialists and ensure targets are met

At least 5 years' experience in contract management.
Experience in the ICT industry would be advantageous
Or
If highest grade is grade 12 At least 7 years' experience in contract management.
Experience in the ICT industry would be advantageous Certifications Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry Level of Engagement & Span of Control
