Role Purpose

Provide support system and product support to various stakeholders to enhance the overall client experience.


Relevant IT qualification

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

3 - 5 years relevant experience

Experience in the financial services industry (preferred)

Duties & Responsibilities


Provide system and product support for implemented systems and product solutions.

Take ownership and resolve reported problems by understanding the reason of the incident and determining the most appropriate resolution implemented timeously.

Create and maintain relevant documentation, logs and reports.

Effective and consistent communication to stakeholders on issue resolution progress.

Analyse all queries to identify process and system gaps, trends, and training needs.

Analyse processes and identify where processes / interactions need improvement. Provide input into corrective action for improvements, where relevant.

Report regularly to relevant stakeholders on findings to drive process improvements and issue awareness.

Develop trusted relationships with relevant stakeholders.

Support the area.


Provide authoritative, expertise and advice to clients and stakeholders.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders.

Deliver on service level agreements made with clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed.

Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility.

Participate and contribute to a culture which builds rewarding relationships, facilitates feedback and provides exceptional client service.


Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders.

Positively influence and participate in change initiatives.

Continuously develop own expertise in terms of professional, industry and legislation knowledge.
