My client in Kempton Park is looking for a driven, competent, meticulous Debtors Clerk to join their Finance Department.
The client is ideally looking for a male candidate to fulfil the role. Responsibilities/requirements shall include, namely (not to be treated as an exhaustive list):
- Should ideally have experience in the automotive industry
- Must have 3+ years experience as a Debtors Clerk
- Record all cash, cheque and credit card transactions made
- Update unpaid accounts
- Ensure accounts are organised
- Attend to debtors related enquiries immediately
- Must have working knowledge of reconciliations, debtors follow ups, etc.
- Grade 12 certificate
- Must have reliable transport
- Must be of sober habits
- Must ideally reside within the East Rand area
- Computer literacy (Excel Intermediate level, Word, Outlook)
- Should have the ability to work under pressure and stick to accounting deadlines
- Have effective verbal, written and listening communications skills
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- High level of attention to detail
