Jackson Hogg are delighted to be working with an organisation on a six month FTC Senior Purchase Ledger position.



Responsibilities:


* Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations

* Year End Financial Audit

* Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions

* Complex Query resolution

* Banking & Payments

* Expense Solution or similar

* Knowledge of Cross hire

* Capitalized assets

* Provide support to the finance team as needed

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk or similar role

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

* Proficiency in using accounting software

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis

* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
