Position: Assistant Accounts Manager
Our client, based in the United Kingdom, is looking for a talented and experienced Assistant Accounts Manager to join their team. They are looking for a South African to join their team fulltime. This position is fully remote.

Account Management:

Identify client needs and formulate actionable strategies for the delivery team.
Plan, schedule, and oversee client communication, building strong relationships.
Recognize and address client pain points, ensuring client satisfaction.
Conduct monthly performance review meetings and preemptively support "at-risk" clients.
Perform basic troubleshooting and collaborate on more complex challenges.
Assist clients with varying levels of LinkedIn understanding and confidence.

New Business Sales:

Collaborate with the sales team and Account Managers for client growth.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products, recommend clients for testimonials.
Participate in new business sales pitches when required.

Qualification and Experience Requirements:

ESSENTIAL: Experience using LinkedIn for business purposes.
Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
Experience in email prospecting and/or email marketing.
Canva experience.
Building trusted B2B client relationships, excellent communication, and team skills.
Exceptional organizational and Project Management skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to convert client needs into actionable strategy.
Confidence to work with business owners and experienced marketing professionals.
Negotiation skills to push back on clients professionally when required.
Strong attention to detail.
Self-starter anticipating and addressing customer challenges.
Understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
Fluent English spoken and written.

Location: South Africa based, remote work.
Salary: R25 000-R30 000 depending on experience
Starting date: As soon as possible.
