Interim Finance Manager

We are working with a well established charity of over 100 years in recruiting a Qualified Accountant on an interim basis for an initial period of 6 months as Finance Manager. Leading a team of 3, you will report directly into the Director of Finance and help to prepare monthly management accounts and financial and statutory accounts.
The Charity has a turnover of over £20 Million and provides specialist and expert services to their community. This role is seen as pivotal in supporting the Finance team and there is potential for extension of assignment into a permanent role.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis and also of leading a small team. The organisation is also keen to conduct a review of their current systems and processes - candidates with a flair and interest for systems development will also have an advantage.
