Siamo Recruitment is currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant located in Flintshire on a flexible basis.
We have an exciting opportunity to join the accounts team as an accounts assistant. This is a part time role 25-30 hours, although we would consider full time if this suited the right candidate - Full training will be given, but previous experience of working in an accounts office would be beneficial.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
• Processing supplier invoices - Matching supplier invoices with goods receipts or obtaining written approval for supplier invoices. • Resolving supplier queries - Deal with telephone calls from suppliers and advise when payments will be made. Resolving supplier queries regarding prices or non-delivery of items on invoices received. • Supplier statement reconciliation - Requesting supplier statements for key suppliers and resolving any queries in advance. • Credit card reconciliation - Distribute credit card statements and request credit card supporting documentation with appropriate authorisation levels. Enter credit card onto the ERP system, with VAT applied correctly. • Daily recording of customer receipts • Supporting HR (Time & Attendance)
Skills • Excellent customer service - be able to communicate with customer issues in a friendly and professional manner. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prioritise own workload & show good attention to detail.
Benefits & Working Conditions We are completely flexible with the hours and days of working. Part time role 25-30 hours a week but would consider increasing to 37.5 hours of work if needed with a 1.00pm finish on a Friday (if worked). 21 days holiday per year pro-rata, this increases with service (plus bank holidays) A friendly office environment.
