Due to an internal transfer, we're looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our Group Finance Team.
What you'll be doing:
Reporting to the Treasury and Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of accounting support, analysis and reporting to key staff within the business, as well as assisting with the monthly and annual management accounting processes.
The role will be responsible for maintaining the Group's fixed asset register and capitalising projects, as well as assisting with budgeting and forecasting and banking/treasury related tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a varied, hands-on experience in a large corporate environment, with positive supportive culture and experienced team.
The ideal candidate will have:

An appropriate tertiary degree or accounting qualification is desirable.
Experience and competence in the use of computer systems including Microsoft Office products (including advanced Excel skills), Oracle JD Edwards and Oracle EPM or similar ERP systems would be an advantage.
Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
A positive, results oriented and focused approach to the tasks and responsibilities associated with the role.
