Your new company is in the financial services / banking industry, and they are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join the team on a 6 month fixed term contract.
Your new role
- Completion of bank account reconciliations. To include resolution of o/s differences – discussing internally and with bank service centre
- Journaling onto Sage system, retaining audit trail
- Review of the current reconciliation process
- Review and reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts as part of month end process to strict deadlines
What you'll need to succeed
Qualification to AAT level 4 minimum, or qualified by experience with minimum of 5 years in a Finance function using banks reconciliations.
You will be a highly motivated individual with a “can-do” approach, possessing excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. Good analytical skills would be advantageous.
