My client is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team as an Accounts Receivable Administrator in Palmerston North. The company is a prominent player in the plumbing industry, boasting close to 60 years of success. It is owned by passionate Kiwi plumbers and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, contributing to the creation of beautiful and functional spaces.
About the Role
As an Accounts Receivable Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the finance team, contributing to the continued success of the company. This position requires an individual with strong relationship management skills, the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile customer account statements and ensure timely receipt of payments
Resolve invoice-related issues by liaising with customers
Maintain a high standard of service for both internal and external customers
Adhere to strict deadlines and meet standard KPIs on a daily and monthly basis
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein

Skills and Experience:

2-3 years' experience in Accounts Receivable
Excellent communication skills
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
Flexibility and adaptability
Good interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work

The successful applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test prior to the commencement of employment.
