Our client is looking for a Treasury Operations Manager to join their team based in Bradford. You will be responsible for managing the treasury operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations, and delivering accurate and timely financial information to senior management and other stakeholders.
As a Treasury Operations Manager, you will:

    • Ensure high standards of treasury reporting and record-keeping for senior management and other stakeholders.
    • Monitor and comply with all bank and investor obligations and maintain accurate security records.
    • Enhance the treasury management system and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.
    • Prepare and present short-term cashflow forecasts and support the Financial Planning and Analysis team with medium to long-term plans and budgets.
    • Optimise the group's surplus cash positions according to treasury policies and strategies.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACT, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience in treasury management.
  • A proven track record of delivering treasury operations in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • A strong understanding of treasury management principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
