Other responsibilities will be:
Monthly project reporting.
Assisting in the preparation of monthly accounts and P&L reviews for various divisions and departments.
Processing project claims as needed.
Ensuring the accuracy of job costing, with the ability to process re-codes when necessary.
Collaborating in the preparation of annual budgets alongside Project/Department Managers.
Active involvement in the Year End process.
Promoting and improving accounting, financial, and administrative efficiencies.
Assisting in the delivery of training to management, engineers, and contracting staff on management reports and business tools.
Being willing to contribute to other duties or projects as reasonably requested.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
An appropriate tertiary qualification and/or equivalent/relevant knowledge.
Progress towards CA or CPA qualification.
A strong working knowledge of accounting standards, legislation, and practices.
Excellent analytical skills.
