Reporting to the Office Manager, you'll be providing effective administration and coordination services, including payroll assistance to the business. In this role, you will be working for minimum 30 hours per week and we can offer a payrate from $29.70 per hour. Key criteria for our winning candidate:
Knowledge in payroll-related processes however training will be provided. Minimum two years of related experience in accounts. Knowledge of wages law, payroll processing and accounts payable will be preferred. Ability to deal with complexity and multiple priorities and deadlines. High customer service orientation and strong administrative skills
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage weekly and monthly pay runs across the business. Aid managers and employees with leave, pay, and employment queries. Maintain and administer the payroll system. Report generation includes annual Leaves, sick Leaves, holiday pays, PAYE and other reports as requested.
