Description Our client based in the Camperdown area is seeking an experienced Finance Clerk. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a bookkeeper, knowledge of Xero, and excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain financial reports. MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY. Duties:
Ensure invoices are processed and captured for all funds paid from the account Overall participation and very hands-on with operations Defining bookkeeping policies and procedures Financial reporting and data entry Prepare, maintain, and file accurate financial transactions and reports Accounts payable and receivable and pay invoices Handling subsidiary accounts Preparing information and documents for auditors and compliance Record payments and adjustments Bank reconciliation Maintaining a balanced general ledger Establishing different accounts
