In this role, you would have the opportunity to: Provide exceptional customer experience through quality interactions that meet customers' complete financial transaction needs at the first point of contact, referring them on to the relevant person or area of the Bank as appropriate. Take personal responsibility for adopting positive relationship-based service and working collaboratively with colleagues to help the branch succeed in meeting and exceeding objectives. Undertake cash management requirements in an accurate and efficient manner and ensure compliance with bank process and policy requirements.
