Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Your new company
International business with a divisional structure spread across the globe seek to appoint a commercially minded finance leader with strong analytical qualities.


Your new role
You will manage and lead your team to provide management reports in line with the needs of the local business, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, variances and any issues which need further investigation and commentary. You will produce insights into productivity, overheads and any key projects which are in flight at any given time. Furthermore, you will work closely with your stakeholders to ensure they fully understand their financial numbers in order to drive the performance of the business.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with strong analytical qualifies and a commercial mindset. Furthermore, you will demonstrate excellent leadership attributes in order to develop the potential in others, including student accountants who are part way through their chartered exams.
