Manager, People and Organization (Multiple Positions), Galaxy US Opco Inc. d/b/a Vialto Partners, Boston, MA. Advise clients on the adoption of effective tax minimization strategies, calculate cost projections, and visualize expatriate tax service metrics using Alteryx and Tableau. Assist with the management of engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues. Provide solutions to and support global workforce mobility, including immigration, tax, managed services, and digital solutions. Advise on tax planning for employee cross-border movement. Assist with the management of the international assignee population of multinational clients.


40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.




Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, International Business, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelors, progressive related work experience.


In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, International Business, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.


Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

- Using Alteryx to manipulate and perform complex data analysis regarding compensation reconciliations, equity sourcing, and compensation review;

- Performing tax research to assist clients with due diligence memos, consulting projects, and providing clients with tax planning opportunities and strategies;

- Researching IRS publications, foreign county tax authority regulations, foreign country tax laws, tax relief provisions, and business travelers' regulations;

- Assisting with income tax service, payroll administration, compensation, and benefits operations by applying the understanding of and researching IRS, state, and local tax rules.


100% telecommuting permitted.


Domestic and/or international travel up to 20% is required.
