We need an experienced Management Accountant to join our high performing finance team who has an eye for detail to ensure quality financial information.
The key requirement of the position will be to provide financial insights and analysis, and be involved with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting. You will provide analysis and commentary for decision-making purposes, as well as NZ Government and public reporting requirements.
You will partner with key stakeholders in the business, making yourself visible, available, and approachable, when it comes to providing reporting, analysis, and advice. Therefore, your communication and stakeholder engagement skills must be a strength.

Be CA qualified with a tertiary qualification in Finance and Accounting or another relevant discipline.
Have well-developed management accounting experience, ideally having worked closely with marketing teams.
Strong time management skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Previous experience in a business partnering type role.
Strong analytical skills and financial acumen to analyse data, identifying opportunities and risks, with ability to succinctly explain key drivers to stakeholders.
You would describe yourself as a quick learner, someone who is a problem solver with a great eye for detail.
You're a self-motivated, proactive, and organised person.
You are a great communicator, enabling you to form strong relationships with stakeholders on all levels.
You have excellent systems knowledge, especially with Excel, and know how to utilise systems to remain effective and efficient.
Experience working with Oracle ERP and EPM would be an advantage.
We need someone who can make an impact quickly, can think strategically and who's able to operationalise an effective plan to manage and ensure optimal results.
