Your new role
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be supporting the accounts for around 6 education providers, your daily tasks will include:
Goods receipting
Processing staff expenses
Reconciling supplier statements
Resolve invoice queries via email and phone
Processing of both PO and no PO purchase invoices
Monitoring Inbox
What you'll need to succeed
You will have significant experience of working as a Purchase Ledger Clerk, have a high attention to detail, knowledge of purchase orders and goods received notes, PO generation, processing invoices, reconciling accounts and dealing with customer/staff queries on the phone in a swift and professional manner.
You will be a team player, with excellent communication skills and have strong IT skills.
