Permanent Accounts Manager based in Central Fife, Salary £27000 - £32000 depending on experience

Your new company

My exclusive client based in central FIfe are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join their small and busy team. Salary is £27,000 - £32,000 depending on experience + 32 days annual leave, competitive pension + bonus

Your new role

You will have overall management of the Accounts Office for a well known SME business based in Central Fife. Working directly with the Managing Director and with 1 administrator you will oversee the processing of all income and purchases for the business across many channels including credit card, paypal, cash sales and bank transfers. You will deal with all Invoicing and credit control, maintain the purchase order system, deal with all banking, payments and reconciliations. You will prepare & check VAT returns & statutory paperwork, complete balance sheet reconciliations and all management accounts, P&L reports and forecasts. You will complete weekly and monthly Payroll and reconciliations of weekly part time staff and overtime records. You will maintain HR records and liaise with external HR consultant as required. You will ensure the company is up to date with legislation and pension regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced Accounts Manager who is exceptionally organised with the ability to multi-task. You will achieve all tasks with thoroughness and accuracy. You will display leadership qualities with the ability to 'make things happen' You will be proficient with Sage and Microsoft Office packages. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact and engage at all levels internally and externally. You will be reliable, adaptable and work with discretion at all times. You will be outgoing, positive and welcoming in personality.
