Reporting to the Owner and CEO, this Head of Finance & Operations role within the Healthcare sector will see you have focus and responsibility across the whole business. While essentially you will need to come from a strong financial background and be CA/CPA qualified, it is just as important that you have the desire and ideally some experience of working across commercial operations.

You will be responsible for everything financial and have a team of 6 to work with. While you will certainly be involved with some of the strategic and M&A work when it happens, the CEO is looking for you to take responsibility for all statutory and financial compliance, budgeting & forecasting, commercial and financial analysis while also leading on process improvement initiatives and business partnering with operational heads.
From a commercial management and operational standpoint, you will also be asked to have major input across all commercial tendering and contract agreements, IT Services and competitor appraisals while also looking at innovative ways to attract and retain talented people, while also looking at cost saving initiatives and ways to drive revenue through various channels.
Sector experience is not important however if you do have exposure across Hotels, Health or Aged Care, Commercial Property or Asset Management, this role would make relevant sense to apply to. This is a medium-sized group with growth plans and optimism about their ability to do so. You will be very much part of the senior leadership team and this is the type of role which you can make a real impact in.
