Financial Accountant role - Worldwide business - Excellent opportunity - Based in Wigan - up to £45k

You will be working for an organisation based in Wigan that has a richly successful history and has grown into a world renowned business. At the forefront of their sector they operate across the globe and have a state of the art facility based in Wigan.


Your new role
As a Financial Accountant you will report directly into the Group Financial Accountant and you will be wholly responsible for a key area within the Groups Financial Accounts. Working closely with the operational team duties and responsibilities will include -

- Statutory reporting for all UK entities
- Management of goodwill and intangible assets
- Internal and external reporting at month end
- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders including auditors
- You will assist in the preparation and completion of group consolidated accounts for the group

This role will be extremely varied and you must have a good breadth of experience within technical accounting and reporting.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and will have worked previously within a technical based role. You will be keen to progress within a business and pride yourself on working to tight deadlines. You will be extremely analytical and must have the ability to provide accurate reporting.
