- Retain and grow the revenue of the portfolio of customers assigned to you.
- Smash KPI's set around customer records, account activity, face to face customer visits and account contact.
- Identify new opportunities, upselling into your portfolio base to ensure retention and growth of revenue.
- Identify and record any customer's in your portfolio that are at risk, work with relevant stakeholders to mitigate risk, with the aim to retain.
- Maximise relationships by obtaining referrals to achieve growth in your portfolio base.
