Operations Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead and expand our commercial collections business in the Eastern Waikato region.
Ideally this role will be based in Thames or its surrounding areas. This role places you in the heart of the Coromandel Peninsula, renowned for its recreational offerings, including hunting, fishing, diving, and outdoor adventures, all within the vibrant triangle of Auckland, Hamilton, and Tauranga.
This newly created role will report through to our Branch Manager, where you will lead a dedicated team of 12. This role will encompass all aspects of our commercial business spanning the Coromandel Peninsula and Hauraki Districts.
You will be responsible for comprehensive operational and financial management of the commercial business. This includes fostering a culture of safety excellence, overseeing staff, maintenance, and compliance, achieving financial and growth targets within budgets, and engaging with our extensive customer base.
We are seeking an individual with an exceptional track record in health and safety performance and a background in operational excellence. Your mission is to provide and sustain a safe and efficient workspace for our team and customers. Ideally, you have experience in a dynamic, multifaceted environment, where your exceptional organisational skills have been honed.
