Job Details

  • Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing by reporting/sharing meaningful data for decision making, which includes; monthly furnishing of Key Accounts customer wise reporting, Secondary sales reporting, distributor ROI, distributor reconciliations and Trade Marketing KPI reporting.
  • Track & control expenses, by means of ensuring that budget release and actuals posting exercise happens timely and accurately.
  • Assist in monthly reporting activities which include inputs into monthly management reporting, sales reporting and adhoc requests by sales team.
  • Responsible to share Key Accounts topline on monthly basis, share complete P&L along with insights and analysis; It includes Key Accounts customer wise performance from MC, GSV, NSV till NPC.
  • Forward Secondary Sales data on monthly basis; this includes sharing of data in optimum manner for towns by retail and wholesale channels.
  • Coordinate with Trade Marketing team to assess performance of selected shops vs agreed Trade Marketing KPIs.
  • Calculate and share distributor ROI with Sales Team.
  • Obtain understanding of different modes of Price structures and implementation of same in SAP.
  • Detail understanding of Sales Flo reporting for Secondary Sales and claim management.
