Successful candidates will support deal teams with a wide variety of tasks around our MA advisory mandates. In particular, an Intern Analyst s work will typically cover the following:
Target profiles Potential buyer profiles Marketing documents for mergers and acquisitions mandates, such as teasers, information memorandums and management presentations Attend meetings with clients and counterparties, and prepare concise, insightful notes on the meeting
Job Qualifications

We are interested in candidates who meet the following criteria. Prior experience in finance or banking with MBA, CFA or CA is highly desirable. Priority will be given to candidates in their penultimate year at university, fresh graduates or candidates with prior work experience.

• A strong interest in Asia and a desire to develop a career in Asian MA
• Good commercial sense and an interest and inherent curiosity in companies, their operations and strategies
• Fundamental understanding of financial statements and valuation principles and techniques
• Superior knowledge of advanced tools in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
